How a Personal Move Led to a New Relocation Company

Hi, my name is Bárbara!

The idea behind Easy Relocation was born in 2006 while I was living in London, working as a virtual and personal assistant while completing my studies in Nutrition and Naturopathy.
During those years, I had the opportunity to support families relocating from different parts of the world. Helping them navigate the challenges of settling into a new country, from managing bureaucracy and administrative processes to finding a home and building a new life, sparked a passion that would ultimately shape my future career.

At a young age, I discovered that helping people through important life transitions was more than just a job; it was something that gave me genuine purpose. My entrepreneurial spirit, combined with the values and determination instilled in me by my family, encouraged me to pursue my ambitions and believe that hard work could turn dreams into reality.


After spending nine years in London, I returned to Portugal and took on a leadership role as Operations Manager for a British IT company. Although it was an excellent professional opportunity, I realised that my true fulfilment came from working directly with people and making a meaningful impact on their lives.
Driven by that conviction, I decided to follow my intuition and create my own business during the pandemic. It was a challenging step into the unknown, but one that allowed me to combine my international experience, organisational expertise, and passion for helping others.


Today, through Easy Relocation, I have the privilege of supporting individuals and families as they begin a new chapter in Portugal, making their relocation journey as smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable as possible.

Liveasy Lisbon and EasyRelocation were born

The success of that vision led me to create Liveasy Lisbon, initially focusing on helping individuals and families relocate to Lisbon. What began as a small project quickly grew beyond my expectations, driven by the trust of our clients and the positive impact we were able to make in their lives.
As demand increased, so did our team and our ambitions. Expanding the business allowed us not only to support more clients but also to create opportunities for talented professionals who shared the same commitment to exceptional service.

This natural evolution gave rise to Easy Relocation, a company with a broader vision, offering comprehensive relocation, concierge, and buyer’s agent services across Portugal. Our mission remains the same: to simplify the relocation process and provide personalized support every step of the way.


Looking back, I am deeply grateful for the journey, the challenges that strengthened me, and the lessons that shaped both my personal and professional growth. Most importantly, I am thankful for my family, collaborators and clients, whose trust and support have been instrumental in making this dream a reality.


Today, I continue to do what inspired me from the very beginning: helping people build their new lives in Portugal with confidence, peace of mind, and a sense of belonging.
